Problems Completing your Online Payment: All Swap Shop Racing online orders are processed via PayPal Secure Payment Services or Google Check Out (You do not need a PayPal Account to pay using PayPal). PayPal is the absolute safest way to pay on the internet! You may complete your online purchase using any major credit card.  We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and Google Checkout. All payment options will be available to you at the end of the checkout process. Finally please note that we will only ship to your confirmed billing address. If you are paying via Credit Card this is the address where you receive your billing statements. 

When placing your order via Credit Card (with out a PayPal Account), go through the payment process using the "Secure Check Out" button. You will next fill out your address and contact information. Go through the Review Secure Order/ Submit Secure Order Links and will be directed to the PayPal Payment Screen to complete your purchase.

Problems communicating with our website: First we recommend using an updated browser such as Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9 or Google Chrome. Some customers having reported issues using older browsers such as Internet Explorer 5 or 6. Please note that certain restrictive firewalls may also prevent you from successfully making it through the JDMHondaSwap.com Check Out Process. If you are having this issue we recommend either using less restrictive settings or adding Swap Shop Racing to your list of trusted sites.

A product I am trying to purchase states that it comes with FREE Shipping, why am I seeing a Shipping Charge?: Most of the time this means that you have added more than one product to your cart. One that may have free shipping and one that does not. In this case unfortunately our website will automatically only give you the shipping options the two products have in common. If you do not want to pay for the shipping option the two or more products have in common you can do one of two things. You can separate your purchase into two separate online orders, one with the products that include the FREE Shipping and the other with the product(s) that do not.
